Are there any rules/tips for setting up folder permissions (Public, Private and Hidden) for generic Member groups? At Sydney West Area Health Service we created a generic Publisher group which we base permissions for all other Publisher groups on. Are looking for advice re: creating a similar generic Member group.... are particularly interested in folder permission protocols for 'Hidden' folders.

Folder Display Options are:

• Public
• Private
• Hidden

Public folder is set up to allow the public to view i.e. you can access the folder without logging in.

Private folder is set up to only allow logged in users to view i.e. you have to log into the website to view the folder.

Hidden folders are set up when you have a menu assigned to the folder and you do not wish to display it on the menu but also wish the public to view.
