Note: Concessions and Discounts are only available from CM 7.0 onwards.

Discounts

To set up discounts

Go to: Dashboard > Events > Discounts



To Add Discount Click on Add



Enter Discount Name

Select from the following Discount Types:

1. Buy X get Y free
2. Group/Family Booking
3. Percentage/Dollar Discount
4. Concession


1. Buy X get Y free
Enter Amount Buy and amount get free



2. Group/Family Booking

Enter Amount Greater or Equal to and Enter Amount off total price (You can select Dollars or Percent)

Enter Start Date and End Date

Click Insert



3. Percentage/Dollar Discount

Enter the Discount Count of original cost (You can select Dollars or Percent)



4. Concession

Select the Concession Types that you would like for this discount.

These are set up under Concession Types discussed in the 2nd section of this post.

Enter Start Date and End Date for Discount

Tick the option "This discount requires a Promotional Code?" if required.

Enter Promotional if the above option is ticked.

Assign Discount to the Event

Search for the Event and Click on Add in the Select Events section



Note: If you could not find the event in the 'Select Events' list, that means the event you are looking for is already linked with a discount. You can unlink the event in other discount edit screen to make it show in the current 'Select Events' list.

Once you have done that click on Save

Concession Types

To set up Concession Types

Go to: Dashboard > Events > Concession Types



Add Concession Type

Enter the Concession Type

Enter Discount (You can select Dollars or Percent)

Click on Add

Edit Concession Type

Click on Edit of the concession type you would like to edit



Enter the Concession Type

Enter Discount (You can select Dollars or Percent)

Click on Update or Cancel if you do not wish to update
