    How to Synchronise Documents

    The reason why you will synchronise documents is because if you have FTP the documents into a folder and you will need to synchronise the documents to select them in Document Manager. The documents need to be FTP into the folder located \SecureDocuments\ in the relevant Folder ID.

    Login to website

    Go to: Dashboard > Publishing > Document Manager
     
    Click on Synchronise Documents



    Click "OK"



    Select the Documents and click on "Synchronise"
     
    Note: If there is a large number of documents to synchronise it would be best to synchronise the documents in groups of 10 for example so it does not time out.


    Note: The folder needs to be active so the synchonisation of documents will work.
