Note: You can organise personalise logout pages using the User Type.
Firstly you will need to create the logout article
Go to: Dashboard > Publishing > Folders
Select a Parent Folder and then add folder
Create the default article of the folder
Once you have done that then follow the steps below:
Personalising the logout page
Go to: Dashboard > Admin Tools > Lookup Tables
Select Lookup: "UserType"
Select the UserType you wish to apply to personalised logout page and click Edit
In the Personalisation section
Select the folder of the logout article under the Logout Folder option.
Click "Save"
