Note: You need to purchase the Email Marketing Module

Go to:

Dashboard > Mailing List > List

Click on "Add" if the Mailing List has not been created

Enter

•   Mailing List Name
•   Brief Description
•   Sender Email
•   Email Subject
  

Under the Optional Attributes

Expand the section "Automatic Subscription"

Add the Security Group you wish to use in the Mailing List

Click "Save"
