To change the URL you need to go to:

CM versions 6.0 and above

Dashboard > Admin Tools > Global Site Settings

Change the URL field

Click Save

CM versions 5.8 and below

Admin > Management Tools > General Site Details

Change the URL field

Click Save

Please Note:

There are side affects of changing the URL in Global Site Settings, that not all URLS will change.

You will also need to run the CM find and replace tool.
