1. How does unsubscribe work?

a.I subscribe myself to multiple mail list

b.If I received a EDM from one of the mail list and do unsubsrcibe. Did I unsubscribed for ALL mail list?

Currently the system supports subscriber to unsubscribe them from receiving any mailing list notifications from the system
 

2. I did do unsubscribe, but nothing is being updated. Looks like the unsubscribe didn’t work.

After unsubscribing it would show the subscriber in the mailing but mails will not be sent.


3.  How to customise the look and feel of the unsubscribe page?


Admin > Management Tools > Nominated Articles

Select Mailing List Unsubscribe - text to appear on page

Click on Edit

Check which article it is referencing to

You will need the edit that particular article


4.  How to remove or change  the top Banner in unsubscribe page (It display the Autonet top banner)?


The unsubscribe page will display the banner that is set for the site

Can i add another question relating to the Unsubscribe function. When someone 'unsubscribes' they're prompted to provide a reason. Where do i access a report which contains Unsubscriber details with their reasons?
