    Hi Hilary

Thanks for your mail, "Framework2" is our internal QA site.

With Regards to "Image Ticker" option, it is available in 5.4.

While creating a new "article"  ->  from the "article elements" drop down list  select  "insert image ticker" and click on "add" button.

Now I can see the image and text ticker.

How did you make that appear so I can do the same for our Intranet site?

     Adding the new images
Click on “Search for an article”

    1. Keywords: Type any keywords that relates to the article

    2. Search: Choose the type of article searching for (all article or current articles or    archieved articles)3. Search the following folders; select the folders you wish to include"4. The search results will be displayed under the list of folders and click "add" button on the bottom left hand side

To add an image you have to select images from the dropdown named "image" and then press "add".

Searching for an article has nothing to do with adding a new image.

Re: Creating a "New Image Ticker" in Community Manager

If the image width and height are greater than the set width and height, it displays the full image without constaining it. Is this normal behaviour?

Also, if you select "scroll", all the images appear without some sort of container.

Is there some default styling that needs to be applied to the ticker before it will work correctly?

    Regards
    Hilary

    Hi Hilary

If the image width and height are greater than the set width and height it will display the full image, it is the normal behaviour of image ticker, and also there is no default styling applied to the image ticker.

    Thanks
