Login to website

Go to:

Admin or Dashboard > Publishing > Folders

Select the article you wish to insert the flash file

Edit article

Position the cursor where you would to insert the flash file

Click on the flash icon (f)

To upload the flash file click on the Upload Flash Tab

Click on Browse

Select the Flash file & Click Upload

To insert the flash file click the Browse Files Tab

Select the flash file you would like to insert

Fill in the details on the right and click on Insert

Done
