How to create a template for e-mail submitted data

To do this Log into the website

Go to: Admin > Publishing > Folders

Create a regular article as normal.

You will need to <~~FormAnswers~~> into the article in the position you want the data to appear

Note: You can only use one content editor for the template, so all the content should be within the same editor. If you use more than one editor, it will only pick up the content from the first editor it finds on that page.

Once you have completed the article click Save & Check In or Publish (for CM 5.7 versions and higher).

To apply this to the form

In editing mode of form creator

Under the Emails section of creating the form select the article for the option "Article to use as template for Email"

    Save Form.

     Thanks Paul.

Is it possible to include values entered into the form into the email?  For example, it the form collects the user's name - can the email start with "Dear Gavin"?

    Hi Gavin,

Unfortunately you are unable to achieve this using Form Creator.

    Regards,
    Paul
