We've noticed an issue with documents losing their extensions when downloaded with FireFox.

(Downloads are fine in IE6+)

The issue seems to apply to documents that have spaces in them.

The short term resolution is to remove spaces (or replace them with underscores) for now.

The issue is being investigated and a resolution will be advised in due course.
